Mike was thorough, and patient . He gave me layman term explanations for my issue, the experience felt honest, although there was some upsell I never felt pressured to purchase outside my budget. My only drawback was the set pricing as oppose to the hourly rate jobs I am use too. I would highly recommend them for electric jobs requiring extensive labor.“

“We were incredibly fortunate to come across Ted from Wirefox. From the beginning, he was thorough, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—honest. He initially provided two options to address our issue: 1st option ~ $600 and 2nd option ~ $1,100. We agreed to the $1,100 solution, but to our surprise, Ted called us back shortly after and informed us about a third option —ordering a simple adapter for $100, which meant we would not even need his service.

“CMB Electric was a life saver! We had a circuit that would not reset the morning we were hosting family for Mother's Day, and Craig kindly answered our very early morning call. “I am so happy I contacted Kroeger Electric to get a second opinion and estimate. Another company gave me an estimate of over $3000.00 for minor work. We had Lee come out today. He's the real deal. He relies on his actual skills not a diagnostic machine to tell him what to do. The previous electrician from Chesapeake Electric wanted to run 3 separate diagnostics at a cost of $630. My entire bill from Kroeger Electric was less than than the cost of their "diagnostic" before any work was done and a fraction of the $3000 they wanted to charge. Lee is no bullshit. “I called on a Sunday afternoon after my circuit breaker starting sparking and buzzing. The owner said he was on vacation but if he needed to, he would come out tomorrow. He told me it was an easy fix and then proceeded to walk me step by step through the process and I was able to fix it myself for $10. He didn’t get a penny from it and he was still willing to help while on vacation. Good dude“

“Called him on a Friday to change out a malfunctioning fire alarm, he went out to buy and it then I had to cancel on him. Called him again the next day (Saturday) and he still came out to fix it that day despite giving him a run around the day before. Patient and nice, he replaced the fire alarm quickly, knowing the beeping was going to drive us crazy. Very happy with the service, thank you Kenny!“
