George performed an HVAC duct cleaning and found some wet debris in the floor registers.
He cleaned the entire system and used a safe deodorizer to freshen up the ventilation.
He also performed an air duct cleaning service for the rest of the house while he was there.
The basement smells much better now, and the air feels a lot drier and more comfortable.
He was a very hard worker and took the time to make sure every vent was completely clean.

We had a Kohler generator installed by Metz Electric. There are not a lot of Kohler authorized installers around, so I was happy they were willing to travel to my area. They were extremely responsive and patient as I coordinated with the propane company, and to get to me on relatively short notice. They responded to every call and email quickly. The install is clean and they walked us through the operation of our generator. They conducted the first start up, and now our warranty is valid. Having a whole house generator where we live is crucial. We no longer fear power outages or being without water, heat or cooling for days. Very knowledgeable, patient and responsive family run business. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Unbelievably accommodating. Service? The day after I began my inquiry with them, I had a very heavy hot water heater (which also serves as the energy source for the condo via an AquaTherm unit in an interior closet. The HWH had the usual input for cold water intake, and hot water delivery. But it also had a second output to deliver hot water to the AquaTherm unit: it also had a second input for the return of the AquaTherm, as well as a second return.. And it is direct vent. This unit was not available within a hundred mile radius of my house. I had already contracted for the install from a friend of a friend. Hajoca did not hesitate to sell me the unit. AND DELIVERED IT. UP TWO FLIGHTS of stairs. I also talked to three people over there. All were knowledgeable Al were on point. The delivery guy had a hell of a time getting the unit up two flights of stairs; but did not hesitate to do the job. The unit must have weighed 900 lbs. (It is a commercial unit; with extra fittings (required) and a DirectVent fan, etc. (also required). Thus the weight. They have a deep inventory. No one else had one or could find one. I was directed to them from their Richmond branch. They had four units in stock.. Use them. They are honest. They are fair. They do what they say. Service that reminded me of the 1950's. (I am not a employee/relative of them. I have received no incentives for this review. I just want you guys to know that somewhere there is a company that still values customers. Shit, it's just like 1956.)

This is the most amazing tanning salon I have been too. Many different options for packages, amazing beds with lasting tans, bulbs are always changed. The owner is absolutely amazing and very helpful!!!! I highly recommend this family owned tanning salon, you won’t be disappointed!

Very laid back and nice place. She took such time and attention to detail to make my set perfect. They look amazing and I will go back. I do wish that they had more dipping powder color selections but they have lots of gel colors to choose from.

Danny is an artist. After losing hair due to COVID and then it growing back curl I went to Danny to get help in knowing what to do with my now long curly hair. I gave him free rein to do whatever he thought would look best on me. The result?.... multiple compliments on my new look from coworkers and family alike. As well as being very pleased myself. My hair needed some TLC because my dead ends were a mess. I was nervous to get my hair cut, but the stylist gave me exactly what I wanted! She kept my length, added some nice layers and cut my bangs! I am very happy with the way it turned out. I will be coming back next time!

I had a problem with my toilet and these fine folks came out quickly and fixed the problem. I'll definitely call them again. Now, like all of Cumberland, they are majorly backlogged on big jobs, but I appreciate their coming as quickly as they did within an hour or two of calling when another company told me it would be next week to get to an emergency call.
Very good service. Came on the coldest night of the year within an hour to fix our furnace when other HVAC companies we called waited until the next morning to call us back when it was already fixed.
Potomac Plumbing has done several services for us. I have known Steve (the owner), for 40 years. Steve, Bob and Tucker are always very friendly and professional. And although I've never met her, Michelle has always been very friendly and helpful on the phone. Potomac Plumbing will always get the call when I need a plumber.
I have booked appointments on 3 days in the last week. No call and no show! All service industries have to adjust times on jobs especially in frigid weather as we are dealing with right now. Booking is an office issue. The technicians did come, and did a nice job for us. They were skilled and professional. Nothing but good things to say about the technicians. The scheduling issues and communication is my reason for not giving 5 stars for the work done.

They were here first thing the next morning, All work completed in a few hours and they arranged to have it inspected same day. They explained what work they did and things I needed to know. After my car accident in August, she mostly works on my neck. if I didn't see her, I would be in deep dodo. I book an hour a month which is all I can afford, but I would go at least once a week if I could. She is great!
