We had a Kohler generator installed by Metz Electric. There are not a lot of Kohler authorized installers around, so I was happy they were willing to travel to my area. They were extremely responsive and patient as I coordinated with the propane company, and to get to me on relatively short notice. They responded to every call and email quickly. The install is clean and they walked us through the operation of our generator. They conducted the first start up, and now our warranty is valid. Having a whole house generator where we live is crucial. We no longer fear power outages or being without water, heat or cooling for days. Very knowledgeable, patient and responsive family run business. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

Unbelievably accommodating. Service? The day after I began my inquiry with them, I had a very heavy hot water heater (which also serves as the energy source for the condo via an AquaTherm unit in an interior closet. The HWH had the usual input for cold water intake, and hot water delivery. But it also had a second output to deliver hot water to the AquaTherm unit: it also had a second input for the return of the AquaTherm, as well as a second return.. And it is direct vent. This unit was not available within a hundred mile radius of my house. I had already contracted for the install from a friend of a friend. Hajoca did not hesitate to sell me the unit. AND DELIVERED IT. UP TWO FLIGHTS of stairs. I also talked to three people over there. All were knowledgeable Al were on point. The delivery guy had a hell of a time getting the unit up two flights of stairs; but did not hesitate to do the job. The unit must have weighed 900 lbs. (It is a commercial unit; with extra fittings (required) and a DirectVent fan, etc. (also required). Thus the weight. They have a deep inventory. No one else had one or could find one. I was directed to them from their Richmond branch. They had four units in stock.. Use them. They are honest. They are fair. They do what they say. Service that reminded me of the 1950's. (I am not a employee/relative of them. I have received no incentives for this review. I just want you guys to know that somewhere there is a company that still values customers. Shit, it's just like 1956.)

I had a problem with my toilet and these fine folks came out quickly and fixed the problem. I'll definitely call them again. Now, like all of Cumberland, they are majorly backlogged on big jobs, but I appreciate their coming as quickly as they did within an hour or two of calling when another company told me it would be next week to get to an emergency call.

Potomac Plumbing has done several services for us. I have known Steve (the owner), for 40 years. Steve, Bob and Tucker are always very friendly and professional. And although I've never met her, Michelle has always been very friendly and helpful on the phone. Potomac Plumbing will always get the call when I need a plumber.
I have booked appointments on 3 days in the last week. No call and no show! All service industries have to adjust times on jobs especially in frigid weather as we are dealing with right now. Booking is an office issue. The technicians did come, and did a nice job for us. They were skilled and professional. Nothing but good things to say about the technicians. The scheduling issues and communication is my reason for not giving 5 stars for the work done.

Fast and efficient! Powerlines snapped and they pulled my electric lines from my home. Big D electric requested pictures of damage. They were here first thing the next morning, All work completed in a few hours and they arranged to have it inspected same day. They explained what work they did and things I needed to know. Jason and JJ were very detailed and professional in the installation of the cabinets, crown molding and ceiling planks. We were also appreciative of how they cleaned up at the end of their work day. I called J&T Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning And Chimney Repair Inspection Of Maryland to have the dryer vent cleaned after noticing that clothes were taking longer to dry. The specialist removed a significant amount of lint and demonstrated to me how obstructed the vent had been, which poses a serious fire risk. He was on time. He then made sure everything was working properly by checking the airflow. Our dryer runs faster today, and the laundry room stays cooler. The service was thorough, timely, and affordable. I feel so much safer knowing that the vent is clear. They also gave me a reminder calendar for the next year. I highly recommend them to all homes because they delivered exceptional service.

She is the reason I feel I can cope with the pain. I have been going to her for more than a year. She is also skilled in acupressure therapy. After my car accident in August, she mostly works on my neck. if I didn't see her, I would be in deep dodo. I book an hour a month which is all I can afford, but I would go at least once a week if I could. She is great!
