Fink Heating & Cooling is a very professional and honest company. They provide quick service and the best price. The company is highly recommended for its knowledgeable and friendly staff. They fix issues with furnaces, heat pumps, and ACs. Fink Heating & Cooling is worth recommending as they do not charge for unnecessary parts or services. They take the time to discuss issues and run diagnostics to find the problem. The company's staff is helpful and provides great service, even reassured a customer about a non-existent problem and fixed an issue for no charge. Overall, Fink Heating & Cooling is a company that can be trusted for heating and cooling needs.
We've been having issues with our furnace for almost a year. The furnace would kick off constantly and we would wake up to a house that was 65 degrees in the middle of winter. We had contacted another company that had been out to our house approximately 6 times telling us it was the air filter and charging us $100 each time. We finally had enough and called Fink heating and cooling. They sent Tyler out the same day who took the time to discuss the issues we were having and to run some diagnostics on our furnace. Tim ended up coming out himself just to make sure the issue was fixed. It ended up being as simple as the gas pressure point was set too high. Tim and Tyler did more work in 1 hour than what has been done by another company in a years time. Tim explained to us what his thoughts were and why. They both stayed for an entire cycle to make sure it was running properly. Our heat is working perfectly now! Fink heating and cooling is a knowledgeable, friendly, and honest company. I would recommend 10/10. Thanks again Tim!
