“My granddaughter received a spray tan. There were some issues with the booth as the attendant had to readjust the settings three times. The tan was orange, streaked, and quite noticeable on her face . She had to deep exfoliate the self tan off of her face and arms. She was self conscious about it and going to school, students commenting to her about looking dirty and orange. I called Noelanis and told them about it. They offered a reimbursement and told me to stop in to pick up at the desk. I felt that was fair. When I arrived to pick up my reimbursement, I was told they could not reimburse me. I've had spray tan services there prior, and had no issues. I feel there was an issue with the booth because of the attendant having to readjust the settings several times..I will not return back.”
