We had a Kohler generator installed by Metz Electric. There are not a lot of Kohler authorized installers around, so I was happy they were willing to travel to my area. They were extremely responsive and patient as I coordinated with the propane company, and to get to me on relatively short notice. They responded to every call and email quickly. The install is clean and they walked us through the operation of our generator. They conducted the first start up, and now our warranty is valid. Very professional, on time and reasonably priced. They really provide quick and quality work. Highly recommend for any size job or level of complexity. This is human service at its finest, with excellent knowledge of the field.
