“I am updating my previous review and now giving 5 stars as the representative from Guest Services reached out and addressed my concerns. Thank you for the immediate response. This tanning salon recently changed from previously called Hollywood Tans. For the most part, I have been happy with their services. However, I had purchased a one year membership when it was called Hollywood Tans that was not due to expire until November 22nd. Somehow when they changed their brand to Glo Tanning, my membership now expires in October 2025. Therefore, I lost a month. They should honor all their prior annual membership holders.“

“It's an amazing salon. They have red light therapy and spray tan and super impressive beds. They also have some sort of pod that makes you lose water weight. The only issue I have is that they sold me some face lotion when I signed up for $80 and it's $35 on Amazon.. so don't let them do that to you lol“
