This was a last minute request made on the same day online. I was really shock at the hours of operation. Upon my 1st visit, I was extremely early.Cecelia, the receptionist, was very kind and informed me my esthetician will be back shortly (again I came early). Kim, my esthetician, started my appointment right on time. She was extremely knowledgeable. Never knew I had to put lotion down there =PShe made me feel comfortable. Both her and Kim were not pushy at selling products or booking the next appointment. I did love the fact they had special rates and very reasonable rates as well. Kelsey gave me one of the best waxing experiences of my life. She is so sweet and really gives a gentle touch to her clients. My skin is sensitive so I've had problems with my skin getting burned or really irritated with waxing. The mix of soft and cream waxes made the process gentle (well, you know, as gentle as it can be) on my skin. She explained everything she was doing and took the time to check and make sure everything was waxed and tweased to perfection. I will definitely be coming back.
