“You girls know the STRESS of not knowing where you are going to get your hair done if you move. Well, I moved and lost my core group of Salon professionals. I had bounced around after the pandemic with one who was great at cutting my hair. Another who was better at coloring and highlighting my hair. And a third place where I got facials, brows etc because the previous 2 salons didn't offer these services. I've had 3 cuts and colors at Christie's and I look good. Leah who is the one I go to for brows, lashes, facials,etc is really good and she knows just what I like. Sorry but I have forgotten his name but the man who does massages there is fabulous. The owner Christie is present and involved. I was lucky to get in with her once for a cut considering she is frequently booked. Side note: Her prices for products are reasonable and always fully stocked. Hair Accessories are always on hand. I am glad to have landed at Christie's“

“What a lovely find!! Mixed Elements is tucked away behind the Blue Dolphin at the Princess Centre. It is spacious, clean, well appointed, calm, and the employees are personable. My nails were painted by a wonderful nail technician, Monica, who listened carefully, was fastidious about her craft, and she had more knowledge than I about nails. She was generous with her time and patience, and engaged in friendly conversation. While the cost of the service is slightly higher than most other area nail salons, the relaxing experience is well worth the cost. I am very glad I happened upon Mixed Elements!“

“They always do a good job on my nails. I've never had a complaint about my acrylics here. It's reasonable pricing. They are friendly and take good care of their customers. The only downside- which isn't something that I would rate a business down for- is that they don't normally accept walk ins.“
