The young woman answering the phones was very sweet and patient taking in all my questions and helping me choose the best option for my budget. Now, about my amazing technician and service. She immediately made me feel at ease and explained each step along the way. The scalp assessment was very helpful and the massage was phenomenal. I’ve wanted to try this place for a while now ever since finding them on Instagram. I finally decided this weekend was the weekend to do it as I needed some mental respite from some stressful things this last week. The hype is real. For a first timer this was worth every penny. Evelyn was amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was immersed in a calming environment. She took care of me, was so friendly, listened to all I had to say, and explained everything she was going to. Wendy was wonderful, I really enjoyed my first visit with her. She’s friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and apply gentle but firm pressure on my scalp. This was exactly what I was looking for. I’ll be back in a few months!
