Please note: I have waited quite a while and given a lot of thought prior to posting this review. I called this salon to make an appointment to get my soon to be 10 yo's hair braided for her birthday at the time. Upon request, I sent pictures to the owner and followed up with another phone call during which I asked her if I was to provide the hair. My daughter had asked for pink peekaboo braids for 2 rows at the back of her box braids. I was told there was no need to bring any hair as it would be provided by them and was already included in the price that I was quoted. Horrible experience! I came to get two braids they told me my hair was to short for two, I said “ok”are you able to do 4 she said yes! She proceeds to do my hair, she does one braid and it was cool, she starts the second braid gets midway and takes it out. I just think ok maybe she messed up gotta start over ok, anyway she starts again, and same thing takes it out (mind you I have to leave by a certain time) by the time she goes to do it again and takes it out again I tell her I have to leave, she takes the one braid that she finished out, I’m heated at this point because all she had to say from the beginning is “I would need to get more than four braids” and... read full review
