“I hadn’t had the chance to leave this review before, but I came here last Friday for a color correction, and I wanted to share my experience.

My hair had been dyed black before, and I was trying to go back to blonde. I had tried to fix it myself, so my hair ended up with different colors all over, orange tones, and it just looked very uneven. I honestly didn’t know if it could be fixed.

Lucy took care of me, and she was amazing. She squeezed me in between appointments and never made me feel rushed. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and really cared about getting my hair right.

I was amazed by Breanna's expertise in creating the color and the technique she used to apply it. In the light you can clearly see the interplay of the different blond shades. It looks so natural. I think the organic products she uses are the reason my hair is soft, easy to style, and has no brassy overtones. I felt welcomed, the atmosphere was warm, relaxed and comfortable.

“I visited Beyond Royalty today for the first time and my experience was nothing short of amazing! I found the salon on Instagram and was impressed by the work I saw in the photos and on their website. I was in a tight situation and needed to find a stylist with availability to have my hair done before the weekend and I’m so so glad I found Brittney given that it was a little last minute!

I booked a shampoo and style with scalp debridement and steam treatment add-ons. The service, atmosphere, vibes, and quality of the visit were all amazing and 5 stars hands down. Kudos to Brittney and her team for maintaining a nice and relaxing salon environment despite ongoing renovations. You honestly can’t even tell that the space is being renovated as the work areas are sectioned off well and away from salon areas and clients, so no potentially unsafe conditions.

Not only did Brittney do a fantastic job by slaying my hair, she was also so sweet and welcoming and I instantly felt comfortable with her. She was accommodating, making sure to constantly check in with me during my appointment, even offering me wine during my service. I was in and out quickly and had a relaxing appointment, which is always a plus in my book, being constantly on the go! The little touches made the visit so enjoyable and it was money well spent. “MYKEL, MYKEL, MYKEL!!! Everything I want to say probably won’t even fit in one review. I found Studio A on Google and after seeing the amazing reviews, I knew I had to book. I came in for the first time before a big photoshoot with my friends that ended up being my surprise engagement (yes, the plot twist was insane 😂).

I originally planned on getting a flexi rod set, but because of time we decided a silk press would be best. I was SO nervous because it was the middle of humid summer and my hair frizzes if the weather even thinks about changing. I told Mykel about my photoshoot and how worried I was, and she looked at me and said, “I got you. I’ll do everything I can to make sure your hair stays picture ready.”

And LORD DID SHE DELIVER!!! When I tell you this woman’s hands are blessed by our Lord and Savior himself, I mean it. She is TALENTED! My photoshoot/proposal was outside in 90-degree weather, and not a single strand of hair frizzed. Then I went to my surprise engagement party, danced the night away, sweated, and still… not one strand moved. My hair stayed flawless for another week and a half!

At that point, I was convinced I had to have heat damage because there was no way my hair could look that good for that long. Once again, Mykel proved me wrong because after washing my hair, my curls bounced right back like nothing happened. Not a single sign of heat damage!
