Manijeh gave one of the best massages I’ve had at LifeSpa in Life Time Columbia. She was very professional, made me feel comfortable, and customized the massage perfectly to my needs. The combination of targeted pressure and hot stones really helped release the tension in my back and shoulders. I walked out feeling so much better and much more relaxed.
