“I fell while walking to the salon, about a block from there, Injuring my left ankle pretty badly. I felt lightheaded, And like I might faint. They immediately jumped into action at the salon, Bringing me some water and a cold wet rag. Later, while I was in the chair, I started to feel really bad. They helped me to the restroom (I could barely put any weight on my left ankle… I have since been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain), Then brought me a soda and a snack. I started to feel much better than was able to continue with my fashion color appointment!

They were all just lovely, And very patient with me! I told them they went above and beyond, and ‘nursed’ me back to health!

This will help my first trip to the salon, They do wonderful work and are very nice, But this experience needed to be written about!

“Someone recommended this shop to me when I moved to Catonsville a year ago. The shop is small and all of the employees are very helpful and friendly.
Glen is the owner and is a wonderful caretaker. The last time I was there the parking lot was full.
This is the first time that I experienced that!
I parked on the street and put money in the meter. I returned to the shop and set my timer to know when to add more money. When my time was up, Glen grabbed some quarters and went out to feed the meter.
Eventually I mentioned that it was past my lunch time and would have to go into one of the shops on Frederick Road to get something.
Like magic, Glen came out of the back with a delicious turkey, avocado, and cheese sandwich.
Whenever I had an appointment with Jeri (she is great)!!!!! I experienced great treatment and fun talking to her.
