He treated the outside of the house to prevent pests from coming over and even plugged up a hole in the brick where the HVAC crew had done some work while fixing the AC. I was impressed that he noticed this because I wasn't expecting it. He took care of it to prevent any pests from entering and advised me on what to watch out for.
