Orkin was able to schedule me the same day I called. They came within the time frame given. The tech sprayed and removed a large wasp nest from a bush on my property. He then checked all the other bushes on my property to make sure there were no other nests. Tech was polite, reassuring showing me the removed nest and informative.
Brad does a Excellent job. He's very thorough pertaining to his Job when inspecting my home. His keen sense of smell let's me know that takes Brad his Job seriously and Brad enjoys his work. I was Very pleased when I saw Brad at my door yesterday, because I know that if their were any dead rodents, he would, "find them, remove them, check the bates, Refill the bates, education me, etc.I'm So glad that Brad is a Part of the Orkin Team!
