My sales person was very knowledgeable about the washing machines. I asked many questions, and James Bump answered all of them. The only thing that I need James to do now is to add a statement on my sales order that my Maytag washer has a five year warranty. This is very important to me and must be included. There were many washing machines in the Bray & Scarff store which was most helpful.
