After seeing this company recommended on Next Door by quite a few people, I decided to shop there as my experiences at the big box places were never especially good in the past.
There was no pressure, my salesperson was very helpful and answered questions, and found me exactly what I wanted. They also use their own employee delivery/set up people so there are no outside “unknown” people to deal with at delivery.
I have my delivery end of this week, and plan to buy another appliance there in about a month.
