Initially, Jeff treated my house with the regular pest solution but also warned me that it was not effective to potential bird mites and if they were the problem, I may need a follow up targeted treatment that he would perform for free. He checked the perimeter of my house and pointed out other issues that may cause pests in the future. The treatment and overall assessment was through. “We had heard a loud breathing noise in our wall and we thought that maybe it was a racoon or some other animal. Erick came out and took a look at it. I do completely understand the $100 fee they charge up front -- it costs them time and money to come out and inspect things. Not only that, they went into the attic, which is incredibly dangerous to do. It turns out we had about 3000 yellow jackets inside the wall. Erick sprayed in there and had them die, then came back to do it again. They cut open the wall, got rid of the nest, and cleaned things up. $3400 was a lot more than I expected to pay, and the price would be my only complaint. Otherwise, incredible company, great work, great communications, and prompt.“
