Manager Bernardo and an associate came to do a treatment a few weeks ago. They arrived timely (well within the arrival time window) and let my landlady know when they were on their way. Bernardo was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough.Furthermore, the inspector who took my call very clearly explained what I needed to do to prepare for the treatment and answered all my questions. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for pest control in their home.

Probably the best company I’ve dealt with. I’ve had a contract with them for several years as a residential customer. Their service and business practices have been top notch. They have kept pests away from our home, they are always on time, and their billing practices are efficient and transparent.

FAST! Good group, highly responsive. Most folks wanted to get me on the phone and haggle with a rate. Pestnow had a flat rate, no questions and that made the difference to be honest. Haggling is for toddlers.

Since Virginia is one of the country's largest Real Estate markets in the country, they decided to start their business off with the WDI Report and approached realtors. With their goal of providing a high volume of inspections, they were able to offer their services at a low price. Low pricing, knowledgeable inspectors, and the ease of doing business with Superior led the owners to expand to other areas and open additional branches.
