I wanted to pass along kudos to Mr. Kenneth “Ken” Durling. Ken was prompt and professional from the start. He called early in the morning to let me know that he was trying to schedule his day based on the geographic locations of each client, and we agreed on an 11:30 a.m. appointment. He arrived right on time.

He was also transparent and gave solid advice that was tailored to the specific needs of my home. Update: We had a follow up visit and had Noah again as our Technician. Same excellent service! I'm very pleased with our recent experience.

The Technician we had today was named Noah and he is excellent!!! Very helpful and informative. Careful and respectful of our home. It was a very positive experience!

I reported a mouse issue earlier this year, and Environmental Pest Control sent Chris to inspect my home.

Chris was professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was how thorough and detail-oriented he was. In his first visit, he place baits around the house. During his second visit, he carefully inspected the areas where mouse activity had been found and identified where they entered into the kitchen. He then traced the rodents’ path outside the house, located the entry point, and sealed it properly.
