On 10/5, called EPC concerned about possible evidence of carpenter ant or termite damage at my home in Germantown MD. Tyler, from EPC, arrived on 10/7 and assessed (both inside and outside) the situation and found evidence of carpenter ants. He kindly reviewed treatment steps I should take on my own to address the problem. EPC didn’t charge for his visit, assessment, and advice. VERY impressed with EPC’s quick appointment, staff professionalism, and the fact that I wasn’t charged for the short visit. I’ve put EPC in my address book should I ever need their service again.
Brandon was very attentive to bug issues I’m having. He treated my house for stink bugs and we spoke about a plan. He is another great tech at this company. Thank you Brandon!
Chris the technician arrived promptly in the morning to treat our lawn with vole preventative. He is always available to answer questions. Would definitely recommend Environmental Pest Control. Thanks Chris.
