We called at 9:30am Friday. I was told there could be a tech sent that same day between 6pm and 7pm. I called around to other companies just to see if we could get anyone out sooner - Ha! One company said late next week and one called back to say they were booked out for 3 weeks. Skylar arrive about an hour early, diagnosed our problem right away, checked the other HVAC units to ensure there weren’t other issues and fixed our problem within 20 minutes of being there. He let us know he would be on-call over the weekend and to call Velocity with any problems. We’ve found out company to use for all things HVAC! The service was fast, friendly and affordable but the most important part was that the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They offer service contracts that are affordable and provide excellent coverage. Our oil furnace when up in the dead of winter. Denise was great through out the the whole process, giving us a reasonably bid, following up, and quickly ordering the new furnace. Phillip and his team removed and installed the furnace in less than a day. Velocity is the ONLY company I will use for HVAC in the future!!Services: Heating system repair
