“Krista did an amazing job on my massage. Just the right pressure calm and relaxing, usually that fight nessacary is back in a day or two but I went 4 days without any additional tightness and still feel good almost a week later. Very nice staff and everyone leaving looked happy.“

“This has been the most incredible experience!! I cannot express enough gratitude and satisfaction towards the Towson staff. I went to HairClub in Georgia as a child and my experience was not the best. Needing to use the service as an adult caused me such anxiety, which was quickly eased by the incredibly patient and knowledgeable staff. They tailored my plan based on my needs and desires. Because I have a condition where my hair does grow back, I wanted a physical barrier for a few months to allow my hair to grow healthily. Jen, and Ashley made styling appointments fun and fabulous. I experienced ZERO judgement from the staff and felt like family. Crystal and Amelia were more than helpful in the problem solving realm and went above and beyond to settle financial issues that were out of my and their control. I have now transitioned to hair pieces with clips sewn in, rather than pieces glued on my scalp, and I couldn’t feel more confident in my day to day ventures. Prior to HairClub, I was barely leaving the house because I was so ashamed of the extreme hair loss I’d experienced the previous year. I am so sad to be moving out of the state and away from this incredible team. Services, kindness, and empathy I received at this location are absolutely unmatched!
