Initially I had an unfavorable experience. I posted a review and they reached out to me immediately to contact them since they remember me from my experience. They were able to get me in immediately and do my hair at a discount. They were great. Super courteous and friendly and really went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. And I was. My hair looks great. Thanks so much. I appreciate it. I will definitely come back. Businesses don't really have this kind of customer service these days; it's unusual. I really appreciate the way you guys took care of things with so much kindness. Thanks!

I came in this place 2days ago for knotless braids , they did an amazing job on my hair I'm having so much complement on my hair they have good energy.i will definitely coming back. Thanks so much to Michelle and her staff
