Visited Old Town Ellicott City a few weeks ago and came across this gem! I called in for prices and was greeted by a friendly, warm voice. I booked my haircut for a Monday and my daughter’s for the following Saturday. On the day of my appointment, my daughter ended up staying home, so I called to see if they might be able to fit her in since I was already scheduled. Janet was so kind—she took my number, checked with Melissa (my stylist), and called me right back. They were able to accommodate us, and both my daughter and I left feeling and looking wonderful.

I have been seeing Sheela (the owner) here since NYE 2019. I remember that because we were chatting while she was cutting my hair about my New Year’s plans and I told her I was going to a small get together at my husband‘s cousin’s house. She insisted on adding a few curls because I was going to a New Year’s Eve party, no extra charge. I was trying to tell her it wasn’t that big of a deal, but she insisted.
