“I purchased my Irrigreen Sprinkler system directly from the company, but required professional installation. Irrigreen referred me to several installers. The first two companies I contacted gave me outrageous estimates that basically said “I don’t want your business, but I’ll take your money if you’re desperate.” On top of that, both of those companies told me I had to first hire another contractor/plumber licensed in VA to install a back pressure valve before they would even come out to do the work. Because they were based in MD, they didn’t know anyone in VA to recommend. What a nightmare this was becoming!<br><br>[Mr. Jordon, owner of Well-Kept Lawns, joins the conversation]<br><br>I contacted Mr. Jordon in my third attempt to hire someone to install my Irrigreen system. I was considering returning the Irrigreen system. Screw it. Because he was located farther away than the first two companies I tried, I was sure he wouldn’t be willing to do the job. WRONG! Mr. Jordon promptly provided a very competitive quote with no hidden fees. Then I asked about the hassle of having to hire a licensed plumber and, before I could finish asking, Mr. Jordon stopped me and assured me he was a one-stop shop and could take care of everything including any required inspections afterwards. What the…SOLD!<br><br>Sadly, on the morning of my appointment, Mr. Jordon suffered an unexpected and severe mechanical failure with his primary work vehicle on his way to my house during the middle of DC’s infamous and soul-crushing rush hour which would have made lesser men wilt in defeat and reschedule. Honestly, I would have understood. Not for Mr. Jordon! He somehow managed to get himself the parts he needed to fix his vehicle and soldier on to my house by midday to honor his commitment and get the job done. Mr. Jordon made sure the plumber arrived to install that back pressure valve. Mr. Jordon coordinated with the county inspector to sign off on everything. Mr. Jordon and his guy were undeterred. They would not be defeated and had my Irrigreen system fully functional and dialed in before the sun set that day. Damn, sir…just…wow!<br><br>Many thanks to Well-Kept Lawns and to a man who keeps his word, handles adversity like a pro, and genuinely cares about his customers. Mr. Jordon, you were a hero that day. When my neighbors see my lawn looking so good this year compared to last year, they are gonna know your name. Trust me!”
