Lawn Doctor of Annapolis
“Joey provided exceptional customer service! We are currently completing some landscaping projects in our yard, including areas with newly planted grass that needed to be avoided during treatment. He took the time to carefully review each area with me, asked thoughtful follow-up questions about previous fertilization, and ensured he had a clear understanding of which areas could be treated.
We also had several tarps covering portions of the lawn, and Joey kindly assisted me with removing them to prepare for the service. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond were greatly appreciated. Truly outstanding customer service!”
