I work alot and the dispatcher who helps schedule the appointments and follow ups helped me big time. She called our condos office and Pepco to have them work together because they did their part. They were tasked with hanging a heavy chandelier in my foyer with 18 feet tall ceilings and replaced Junction box with a ceiling fan brace to hold the chandelier in place. They did a dynamic job overall and was very pleased”
