First, the boutique is very relaxing which matches Boutte's personality. I had a silk press and deep conditioner. My hair was soft and beautiful when completed. I truly appreciated that Boutte would ask about your sensitivities, allergies, etc. to ensure your experience is the best. And mine was!! I would definitely recommend.

I work alot and the dispatcher who helps schedule the appointments and follow ups helped me big time. She called our condos office and Pepco to have them work together because they did their part. Dr. Lamont Bunyon is very attentive to his patients needs. He is kind, and patient, and he will take the time to answer any questions that you might have for him. He does not rush you in and out of his office. The staff is friendly, it is a nice friendly environment.

I came here for the first time today and honestly had no idea this place was even here, but I’m SO glad I found it! The workers are extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The owner is hilarious! 😂 You can definitely tell they have a lot of regulars because the staff knows them, and the regulars clearly love them right back. That says a lot about the atmosphere of this place!
I initially called to see if they had a chair available for a pedicure, and Randy told me to come on in. I believe it was only about 3–4 minutes before my pedicure bowl was ready. Mya took care of my feet, and she did an amazing job!
Then, when my original nail lady canceled on me, I asked if it was too late to get a full set since it was already around 7 PM and they close at 8. They said absolutely not! Randy got me started, and Mia took over and absolutely KILLED my nails! The comments did not lie — she really did her thing with my design! 💅🏾
