I discovered on a Friday morning that our fussy, fancy digital switch for remotely controlling our water heater had finally malfunctioned beyond hope. Desperate to restore our hot water before the weekend, we called Wilcox and got an immediate (and sympathetic) response. Within just a couple of hours, an electrician arrived to disconnect the digital gizmo and restart the water heater. Hooray! He will return with a new switch for easily turning the water heater off when we're away on long trips, and he will also replace our smoke detectors, which he noticed are about 30 years old. Thank you, Wilcox, for taking good care of us!
