“This morning around 6 a.m., I made an emergency appointment after our baby grabbed my husband’s right eye. He could not open it, and his vision was severely affected. I was able to schedule a 10 a.m. appointment, but when we arrived, we discovered it was set as a telehealth visit. Given the severity of his injury, he absolutely needed to be seen in person.
