From the time I walked in I felt welcome.They were short staffed, but never felt it. She (receptionist) stayed on top of everything. Very pleasant and prompt!!I somehow got deleted off of the schedule. I didn’t have to wait long. No problem or worries. I was taken care of.Dr. Siri was very accurate nice and knowledgeable! It was a very smooth process. Start to finish. I was in and out within an hour and didn’t have to break the bank. Great doctor great atmosphere great staff knowing finally have a correct prescription. Unlike going to My EYE DR. Dr. Siri is a very pleasant person! Treated us as if we had known her for a long time!?We had our exam with her at Sam's Club Optical. Extremely thorough in her exam. No wait, no rush. Asked questions. Explained what she was doing and what she was using on our eyes. Answered any concerns and/or general questions we had. Great Assistant as well. Professional, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Will be going back.

Everyone was so helpful from walking in the door to leaving. Love the selection of glasses and how everybody helped with the decision. I just adore Dr Siri she is most pleasant. I’m so glad they are in Cambridge. Thanks for making the visit so pleasurable. Till next time..
