Bri stands out for her patience and expertise, making her highly recommended. However, there have been some issues with appointment scheduling and management changes that affected service quality. Despite this, some staff, including Jessica, Dr. Bishop, and Michelle, were noted for providing a pleasant experience during visits. Overall, MyEyeDr. aims to deliver good customer service with caring professionals.
Ms.Gail at the front desk was really polite and helpful. She also answered all my questions with politeness and satisfaction. The staff were wonderful and professional even the ones that came from another office to help. I love MyEyeDr. I recommend to everyone who have eye problems to go there.
MyEyeDr. location in Cambridge, Md, all the staff were professional. My eye exam was very detailed and thorough and I was able to ask questions about my exam. Finally, there were several reasonable priced frames to choose from. And they accepted my insurance which made my purchase more affordable.
Went into the Cambridge office to look for a new pair of glasses. Soon as I walked in everyone spoke and asked what they could help me with. Michele helped me find a pair and priced them up and gave me an awesome price. I will be back in a couple weeks to purchase them. But again everyone was so cheerful and helpful.
