“We recently had hired MaidPro of Catonsville to clean our house. They were on time, professional, and friendly. There is clear communication with the headquarters and the field staff (maids). The quoted price was simple to understand and fair for my initial cleaning. I chose to have my kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. We live in a four story townhome that has two full baths and three half baths. Since recently retiring from the military and having never unpacked many boxes over all of our moves, there was a ton of clutter in the house. They made it clear from the first conversations that MaidPro will not touch or haul away anything. They will do their best to work around stuff and that is exactly what they did. I am happy with the results of what they were able to do in the time they had. I was most impressed with the little touches such as how they folded towels and set up the toilet paper rolls which let me know they take their job seriously and have pride in their work. I am happy with the decision to hire MaidPro and unlike a lot of ratings, they did not give me a discount or promise me anything to post this. They can be a little on the expensive side, but they are easy to work with for your budget as in my case. I say pull the trigger and have the discussion with them.”
