My husband and I booked the deep cleaning service and we are impressed by the outcome after our booking. What we asked for is what was provided in our home. I would definitely rebook Klean for future services. My only negative and reason for not leaving a 5 star rating is the booking process. Yes the online experience was easy to follow and the admin staff were swift and I like the text responses however the deposit was high for our liking, close to 75%-80% of the service cost. Also, at the time of deposit, there was not a definite date or time locked, that the service would be rendered which was a little concerning. Thorough is an understatement. We kept walking around after the deep clean seeing the bright baseboards, beautifully made beds with clean sheets, shower glass doors crystal clear and a stove top that sparkles.
