I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have always been impressed with the customer service. I have had the same cleaner, Novita for most of that time frame. Novita is excellent and her attention to detail is impecable. She also is good with my pet and works around him. After a cleaning by Novita and Misty Clean, it is always nice to come home to a clean, fresh home! Even if I need to reschedule, Misty C lean is always able to accomidate my changes.
