The team did an AMAZING job with my moveout clean service. My apartment had gotten pretty dirty during my move but they cleaned with ease. I was late to greeting them and still had some junk left in closets/cabinets which was not ideal but the ladies did not make me seem like a burden and were so friendly and professional. Shout out to my cleaners Kathy and Vanessa! Would definitely book again.
I had a great experience with the quality of the deep clean—my apartment has truly never looked better. They were extremely thorough, and the end result was fantastic.
I also appreciated their transparency leading up to the appointment; they kept me well-informed when they were running behind schedule and needed to push the start time. However, I did experience some frustration with the in-person communication. We had discussed skipping one of the bathrooms to manage the budget, but there was a lack of clarity regarding the office space. I checked in multiple times to see when I needed to vacate that room so they could clean it, but received no response until they told me at the last minute they were finished and didn’t have time to get to it. As someone who uses that office daily, I was disappointed to miss out on that part of the service, especially after proactively reaching out to coordinate.
Overall, the actual cleaning work is top-tier, and I would hire them again for the quality alone, though I hope for better communication during the actual session next time.
