I don’t often hand out 5 stars but I have to say this place even exceeds 5 stars. I’ve heard men say they are unsure of going because of the condition of their feet or things of that nature but mine were pretty rough with dry dead skin and callousness on the bottom like nobody’s business but they not only took care of all that 100% but made me feel fine about it too. I don’t know if it was the massage chair on my full back and neck or the calf/foot massage or hot water on my feet or delicious drinks and humorous banter or a combination of all of the above but I must say that I will definitely return and often!

I love Bay Nails in Pasadena, MD! My pedicure was so relaxing and professionally done. I especially loved getting the hot stone service. Isabel did a wonderful job and was meticulous in making it a fabulous experience. Isabel and Kathy worked together to do my nails. Kathy, the owner, is the kindest and most service oriented person you'll meet! She offers refreshments, including snacks and chocolate! I feel comfortable and pampered at Bay Nails! Isabel did an amazing job on creatively designing my nails for my Queen Bee Halloween costume. She listened to my ideas and incorporated them into her beautiful and clever design.
