“Welsh Roofing replaced two asphalt shingle roofs for me, i.e my residential house and a rental house. My house has a steep roof with five dormers. The rental house is simpler but needed a total plywood replacement. Welsh Roofing had the lowest bids for both houses out of the three roofing companies I contacted. I liked their contract and warranty. The crew of nine workers did a great job on both houses, and I’m very happy with the results. I liked dealing with owner, Jack Welsh, throughout the process, from estimating and contracting to scheduling and supervising the work. He was on site while most of the work was done.
