“This team really is Next Day! I contacted Next Day Gutters on Monday afternoon, and they arrived the next morning to replace a 10ft gutter and install a guard over it. The old gutter had a problem where it was causing water to pool, freeze, and create icicles! It’s not something you want to see on your house.

Eddie was cool, and he already knew what the problem was. Didn’t try to get me to buy anything extra, since there wasn’t an issue anywhere else. I appreciate that! I thought I would have to wait until the snow melted and temperatures rose, but that wasn’t the case. The team arrived in the morning as scheduled, and wasted no time replacing the damaged gutter.

The estimate was provided in a timely manner, and well within our budget. Wilson and Jorge did a masterful job bringing our dry, bleached-out (from skylights!) floor back to life, working closely with us to pick the right stain (to match the adjoining living/dining rooms we did not refinish at thia time). And Marcin came and moved back our enormous (8 ft!!) Grandfather clock after the floor was done. We are very happy and highly recommend the team at Magni Flooring.“

“We used James B Remodeling to retile around our gas fireplace. I was so impressed with the attention to detail with the tile work that when it came time to redo a bathroom we used them again. The tile job did not disappoint and it was not an easy job. The tile was on the smaller side and stacked instead of offset, so precision was key. They worked with me whenever something came up to find a solution (our walls are far from straight). The guys were respectful and a pleasure to work with each day. The project was done on time and on budget.“

We had a complete gut renovation of our 1925 Capitol Hill townhouse and set up a weekly meeting with Jeff and our architect. “My husband called two companies Saturday morning May 18th. The first company’s phone message said go on line and we’ll assist you. The second call was to Najera’s Services LLC. He was amazed that an employee actually answered the phone. She proceeded to request some information which we forwarded and within an hour we received an estimate to have our Armstrong LVT installed in our entry way. We accepted the reasonable labor cost estimate. On Sunday the contractor showed up and installed the flooring that we previously purchased.
