Overall I would say this is an excellent faciltiy. Just a few issues with my case manager who was inexperienced and a few new nurses who were not properly trained as to they are there. Most of the nurses are excellent and strive to keep patients stable, pain free and comfortable. Had an issue with a group PT where I was given some exteme arm excersises right after OT doing same arm excercises and am now dealing with shoulder issues- seeing an ortho tomorrow. Other than that and major discharge confusion and ineptitude this is an excellent facilty. The ktichen staff went above and beyond to help me with my dietary issues. Every staff member was caring and kind. Food was good.
Physical and Occupational therapists knew more than they would tell you, so if you ever have in depth questions they can always give you an answer that would meet your knowledge level.
Fantastic facility, would recommend if you need rehabilitation.
My daughter found Encompass Rehabilitation for me and Im glad she did. In my time of need I was treated with compassion and respect by the doctors, nurses and staff. Their actions towards me gave me comfort. The PT's and OT were good at helping me in my physical therapy which helped me meet my goals of being self sufficient and walking. Dr. Danielle Simpson, and case manager Melanie Chiplet and staff thank you. I will always remember you all as the ones who really care.
