“I have a lot of structural issues due to accidents over the last 12 years. I’ve traveled many states trying to get better. I did cranial sacral for a while, that helped a little but it only got me so far. I did rolfing for a while, that helped a lot but when I stopped going once a week the pain came back. We have been working on my more than a decade old hip injury, and I can tell each time that my hip is getting back into place. My third session the hip got better but my lower back felt terrible. It felt like the first day I got the injury (falling off motorcycle). I started to worry but I remember “retracing” does happen (it’s when your body feels old injuries before leaving the body). This pain lasted 4 days and left my body and now I’m all better again. We have more work to do but I’m so very grateful I found Mike. I’ve done so many different types of massages and Shiatsu shintai is a different animal to me. On top of the massage Mike does some getting rid of negative attachments and blockages through shamanic healing. To a lot of people that sounds like hocus pocus, but I really can feel in my body that I feel lighter after these sessions and I just feel lighter and lighter. These sessions are great for people with stuck traumas and injuries. Highly recommend.“
