“Doug Meyer and Wendy Quattrochi from American Portfollios have taken care of my parents financial investments for years. As my parents have aged they asked me (their oldest son) to take over and pay all their bills and look after their investments, legal needs and so on. So I have had lots of calls and emails with Doug and Wendy who manage their investments. They have both been amazing and provide the best customer service you can imagine. They are highly responsive, very pleasant to work with and have gone way, way, way beyond the call of duty to make sure my parents are happy. They clearly put their client's best interest as their number one priority. I have been very impressed with them. Doug has been willing to spend as much time as needed on phone calls to answer questions. Wendy has been particularly amazing to quickly respond to take care of the needs of lots of complicated paper work updates at my parents request. I am well read on the financial investment business and know there are a lot of advisors that have conflicts of interest and sometimes put their own interest above their clients.
