Please beware! If you want your taxes done and completed, do NOT I repeat do NOT go here. The staff and even him will NOT respond to you!! They will NOT honor your appointment. They will NOT answer the door and barely answer the phone. He's cheap, but being cheap shouldn't make them do business like this. I would rather pay someone double than deal with this nonsense. It will stress you out and break you down. We ended up paying a fee for being late to pay with the IRS last year because Roy's staff and him never told us how much we owed or even mailed back our papers to us plus fee for a correction IRS had to correct. This is not a professional business, dropped my taxes off on March 1, 2021. I have email and called Roy and haven’t gotten NO response. I even emailed him to arrange to pick up my paperwork and got no answer. So I’m clueless about if he even filed my taxes. Something has to be done about this. I will not be going back to get my taxes done here again!!!
