Since 2010, I've been immersed in the Health & Wellness industry, grappling with my own challenges such as digestive issues, body acceptance, and managing my health. My approach has always involved staying active, maintaining a disciplined diet, and dedicating myself to learning and instilling healthy habits in both my life and my clients'. At 40, I began to notice changes in my body's response to my stringent Keto diet, my 45-60 minute exercise routines, and my low-calorie intake. Contrary to the common advice that women should eat less and exercise more as they age, my experience, like that of many others, has proven this notion incorrect.
