I got married last year and when I went to buy my dress, I bought it 1 size dress down. I had 2 months to lose that weight, how hard could it be? Alone, it was super difficult. If you could think of any weight loss routine, I've probably done it. From 1200 calorie deficit to spin classes. I needed help and in walks Jen like an angel she is. I have a weak ankle from fracturing it when I was younger and she was careful with the workouts she chose for me. She challenged me but she was supportive and cheered me on. I need to find a gym close to my home that offered personal training to make me stick to my schedule. I couldn’t be happier finding JBfit. Before signing up I read reviews about Jen and they couldn’t be more true. She’s fantastic!
