This salon is operated in the basement of the building. Upon my first and only visit, it was the worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had. The assistant did my hair. In essence, I was used as a Guinea pig for someone who doesn’t know how to wash or braid hair. I'm surprised I didn't get a concussion from the hair wash she gave and from falling out the makeshift chair pulled up to the sink. The owner who stated he would be doing my hair prior to the appointment was constantly on his cell and zoom calls. He checked in on the craziness and did nothing. I could tell you about my experience in detail, but there is just no way you would believe me, because it is that crazy. It wasn't that they were particularly rude or unfriendly, it just felt like a really bad dream. How does one go for a wash and braid up, and end up with a dirty multi-braid Ponytail? I was so upset, but of course, my southern politeness knew to take over immediately. I generally only review a business if the experience was exceptional, bad or outrageously bad. It was an extremely outrageous and 'laugh-from crying' expensive lesson, but I learned it. Never again, even if it was the last salon on earth.

Fun, cute shop. Stylists and lead stylist Seven are talented and care for your hair. Seven consults before, during and after and may even do a follow up a few days later to check in on your hair - and you. Great hair oil in stock, too. I love that a celebrity stylist does my hair.
