Great company and an exceptional resource. Archer Contractors is easy to work with and great at what they do. Dan is one of the main consultants, he is sharp and methodical, and really knows drainage, foundations, and structural problems and the solutions for them. What stands out is his ability to come up with solutions to complex problems, and it's also nice that he explains things in terms that are easy to understand. The prices are competitive and the materials and workmanship are well above average quality. I'm in the project and Property Management business and run into a lot of these kinds of problems. Archer did a complicated, excellent job to solve our extensive problems of water in the basement. They installed a French drain, sump, and a gravity drain from basement window well to street that solved a nagging water problem. Highly recommended.

We had Archer come out several months ago to fix the drainage/standing water issues in the yard. Dan came by, listened to what we wanted, walked the yard with us, and came up with a plan. I was pleased that we were able to discuss exactly what we wanted and options for getting it done.
The work was done ahead of schedule, and the crew did a great job. They even managed to save a tree that we thought was going to have to be cut down.
Even with several extended rainy days, where the storm drains are filled to overflowing, our yard has no standing water at all. We used to get puddles with even the lightest storm. I am very pleased with the service and the quality...read full review
