We had Jose Hernandez from Cropp Metcalfe Pest Control handle our yellow jacket wasp problems. The first nest was in the ground and Jose took care of it as well some ants that had also appeared in the house. On his second visit he proactively spotted another huge wasp nest on the side of the house where they had managed to get into the siding. He took care of that too and will be back to check on them!! Great work and professional service.
Update 7/28: Looks like we need another treatment to get rid off the wasps. Time to call Jose again!!

James N was my electrician today. He came and investigated what went wrong with my switches and took care of one of my problems and provided estimates to take care of other concerns.
I just had a service call for the replacement of a faulty electrical outlet and James Nieuenkerk was my technician.
I just don’t have enough positive things to say about this experience. He was on time, understood immediately the issue and resolved it expeditiously. But more importantly, he went the extra mile to explain some issues of concern with my old breaker that he felt should be addressed for the safety of myself and my family. He was sincere and professional in explaining the situation and even encouraged me to research what he was telling me to confirm it, if I felt it was necessary.
