Wayne and his wife Shelly are both great people. Super responsive and willing to help with any questions. I renewed my backflow license with them last year and finally landed a backflow install/test the other day. I lost a couple of documents/had a few technical questions and Shelly sent me online copies while Wayne called me to explain anything I was confused about. His backflow classes are also very fairly priced for the amount of knowledge and experience he shares with his students. Looking forward to renewing my license here again in the future.
The class is very informative and provides the fundamentals necessary for Backflow preventer work. The instructor was great, stayed on topic and made me feel comfortable in the classroom. I would recommend this PTT course to anyone who needs Backflow Certification or re-certification. You will leave well equipped to do the job.
Took my backflow recertification class at Pipe Trade Technologies in Bel Air and had a great experience.
