updated: let me start by saying the team at Kenneth & Sons Water Heaters, from the customer service ladies to the plumbers who came in and out of my home, were very nice, respectful, and courteous about knocking, explaining the work, and asking permission before using anything or going into different areas of the house. My hot water heater was leaking badly and causing a serious venting and gas safety issue, and it finally failed. Within a short time, my gas was shut off for safety, and a plumber came out quickly to inspect everything, give an estimate, and schedule the job.
