Putting aside the catharsis of having people tear out the old bathroom (without damaging anything else), one of the real highlights was when they found a small hole in the slab under my bathtub and quickly came up with a solution for the problem in mere minutes. And that's not even getting into the joy of being able to take a shower without random dripping sounds (thanks to them replacing some old pipes) or other oddities left over from the construction efforts of yesteryear. “We hired Kitchen Master Design and Modelling because we liked their designs the best of the four vendors we got designs from. They were also the only ones that would redo the lighting in our place without dropping the ceiling. They also have a five-year warranty, which gives us peace of mind with such an expensive and major redesign. We had new solid wood floors installed, complete remodel for the kitchen with new cabinets, sink, island, and quartz wall tiles, added new appliances and they were able to add conveniences such as a pantry and more functional cabinet spaces. They also updated our lighting and electrical switches.Na and Sway were generally good at responding within a day or so of reaching out. There were a few times when we had communication issues, such as what was written in the contract, but we were able to resolve them quickly. I also commend them for helping with getting our Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances through the door even though they were not responsible for that and helping fix damages done by the ABW appliances delivery team.We would recommend them again, the kitchen cabinets, fixtures and lighting are very well done.Our condo is small so their ability to help turn the kitchen into a space a master chef would be proud of and is more functional and better floor plan is much appreciated. The finished kitchen has a wow factor for everyone who has seen it and could be in a design magazine. We intend to use them again for our bathroom remodeling jobs in the future.“

“We met Jimmy Nazemian from Abbey Design in Leesburg, VA, in July 2022. One week after we started working with Jimmy we had a design that met exactly what we were looking for to renovate our kitchen, master bathroom, closet and laundry and a detailed estimate for the project. We were so encouraged from the early experience that we decided to move on with the project. As a next step, Abbey's designer Zee spent 4 h with us helping choose the finishes for the renovation.The renovation itself lasted 2 months which went completely flawless and uneventful. Their main team Jeo and Diaz were simply amazing, really nice, professional and detailed oriented. Jeo advised me on some critical choices during execution - I really appreciated his invaluable input. Everybody else who worked on the renovation was top notch. “Russ was instrumental in negotiating with the insurance company resulting in a substantially higher settlement. He was really good at keeping me informed, returned my calls, and answered all my questions. He is about to put on a new roof and install new siding for me. Will update review upon completion.Update-The roof was replaced and looks fantastic. I also had the gutters replaced.Next up was replacing the siding. Before the new siding went up Russ installed a water barrier (wasn't installed during the initial build) and added a 1/4ín insulation wrap. The new siding looks really good; on top of that I have piece of mind my home is protected from water and my utility bills are lower.Following the roof and siding Russ repainted the interior of my home. I was amazed how fast they worked while providing a quality job.Last, but not least, I am currently working with Russ on new kitchen countertops. “LOVE OUR NEW HOUSE. We hired Bryan for a major renovation and addition to a 1949 Cape Cod. We generally knew what we wanted and the management and crew worked with us to realize our vision. The work was done on time and on budget (at a fraction of some other bids) and exceeded our expectations. There was a delay due to permitting as well as windows, but they pushed hard and got us in our house on time. There are so many items in a renovation timeline that can throw off a project from finalizing designs, permitting, inclement weather, and special orders. Communication is the key so long as you know what is going on delays do not turn into frustration. We were not living in the house at the time but I dropped in frequently to check on progress. This allowed me to get to know much of the staff and I truly enjoyed my interactions. This was a big undertaking, issues with jobs like these are bound to occur, it is how they are resolved is the mark of a good contractor. We had no roof during the summer when we had some horrendous rains and although the house was properly tarped water did find its way in. A few exterior walls that were not originally slated for removal did get wet, Bryan removed the old drywall and wet insulation and repaired these at no extra cost. Other times, if I noted a concern or felt I saw an issue it was resolved. Amadeo (one of the owners and overall project manager) takes to heart homeowners desires and truly cares, during our frequent walkthroughs if he saw something he didn't like, he had it fixed, even when I didn't notice. The lead framer, Walter, always has a smile on his face, clearly loves his job and does great work. Their electrician Simion hands down the BEST electrician I have ever met. Douglas leads the finishing work and takes pride in his work. Our walls are smooth and our paint perfect. What many do not think about though is... what happens when you get your keys and the house is yours? Houses settle, new construction will shift/settle over time or with that first heavy snow, screw-heads may pop and occasional corner beads too. This does not worry me. Bryan has a 5-year warranty on all their work. I have called them once already and the repairs were made the next day and I couldn't tell they were here. Bottom line, despite any small hiccups along the way we are 100% happy with our home, all who visit cannot believe the quality of the renovation, the open floor plan, the spacious rooms and the little design elements that really make our house great. I pushed for certain elements and they accommodated me and in the end, our house qualified for a Gold rating with Arlington's Green Home Choice program. When we are ready to add a screen porch, I will have them back!“
