“I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for anything ever but I HAD TO for this. I came here because I missed my color in Florida and one of the managers was a client at my current job. I knew nothing about spray or bed tanning. Every single staff member I have met has answered my long (annoying) list of questions each time and they are all extremely knowledgeable. I don’t remember everyone’s names but Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable as well as Taylor and Maddi. They give me suggestions from experience and don’t pressure me to buy anything. They are so nice and so helpful every single time I come in. I gained a lot of weight this past year since moving and I was scared I would feel judged and insecure at a tanning salon but I feel so incredibly welcome every time and it makes me so excited to come in and meet someone new. “I can’t say enough about the customer service here. From Day 1, every staff member has been so kind and accommodating. The first time I visited, the system was down and caused an error, overcharging me. The manager realized, compensated beyond what was necessary, and put on a free tan for the next visit. At this point I was weeks away from giving birth. I just went back for my first tan since, of course rushing at the last minute, getting there 10 minutes before close and the attendant, Arden, was so sweet. She had already cleaned the spray tan unit I requested but still set it completely back up, assisted me in getting the most out of a monthly membership, AND provided me with some of her own bandage tape so I could cover my c-section incision. “Michael was friendly and professional, and got me signed back up within minutes! There was a line and it was busy, since it was Memorial Day weekend, but he got me in and processed so quickly. And Maddie was so patient and kind with a son bringing in his Mom for a late Mother’s Day present-they even got a double membership. The place is so clean-and spa like, they even have a separate hose to spray down the tanning booth after each guest. I usually don’t go to this location, but i thought they deserved an honest review. I’ll definitely be back!“
